Because asbl SuperNils considers the security of your data and your privacy extremely important, we ask you to read this page thoroughly first and to complete and return the form found further down this page.
During the experience within the SuperNils SuperVerse, you may leave certain data (a personal name, a hero name, you have conversations with peers in which you share certain things with each other, etc.). As this can be personal and sensitive information, we took someone under our wing who had specific knowledge about GDPR regulations. He helped us draft the content of this page correctly. This way, you can be sure that your data will be processed correctly and securely.
Although we do not take note of your personal data and do not store that data anywhere, there is still processing by non-profit organisation SuperNils in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation. Therefore, we still need to request the information below and have your agreement, before you can get started with the wonderful project "SuperNils SuperVerse". We apologise for this administrative, but important, inconvenience.

Furthermore, please also know that the board of vzw SuperNils and the partners who collaborated on this project are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any data we may receive (sensitive information, personal data and health data). Information will never be shared with third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned.

You can download the document here. Then print it, fill it in and scan the signed form again (taking a picture is also possible). Then you can add it (upload it) to the form below. If you don't have a printer handy, you can also find blank forms in the VR case itself. Ask the AYA team people to copy new forms when you take the penultimate document from the case. This way, there will always be enough copies available for subsequent users. Thank you for following this up with us.
