Articles of association are very important for an organisation such as SuperNils. After all, they lay down how the organisation operates and put the applicable regulations into practice.
Articles of association are always amended in the event of changes to the organisation's operations or changes to regulations. Board members must adhere to the agreements included in the text.
The articles of association shall be included in the Belgian Official Journal. Behind the button on the left, you will always find the most recently published articles of association.

This plan outlines our objectives for the current working year and the future.
Once a year, we call our members together for the general assembly.
There, the policy guidelines for the current calendar year and the future are discussed and voted on.
