SuperNils vzw has developed a fun exercise kit, packed with high-quality materials for exercising from your bed, sofa or room.
It is best to do this under the supervision of physiotherapists, so that you are sure not to do anything wrong.
On the website, you will find accompanying information sheets that explain what you can do with the materials.
The exercise kit can be used in our partner hospitals.

The VR package “The World of AYA” also includes a tool for moving around.
You can play padel against the flying cells. Defeat the disease by hitting away the red cells and letting the green ones pass.
