Thanks to sponsors, LVV vzw and our own budgets, we were once again able to put together beautiful goodie bags.
Below is a small impression of our visits. Thanks to the nursing staff and doctors for the warm receptions.
2° Levensloop Schoten: Still only 6 participants registered. Far too few of course. After all, we have to bridge 24 hours with our team. There should always be someone from vzw SuperNils on the track, during this period, day and night. Of course, you don't have to walk or run for 24 hours!!! If 24 people perform 1 hour each, consecutively, then we are round :). Show your good heart and sign up for Levensloop Schoten - team vzw SuperNils. Participating costs only 10 euros. Event weekend: 2-3 September 2023.
Want to sign up a group of people for team SuperNils? You can. You can then upload the details via an excel file. So you can sign up a team from your company/school/family for team SuperNils. Because TOGETHER we are much STRONGER!

3° Tax certificates: No official answer yet. Exciting all. Fingers crossed for a positive decision!
4° Straatfeesten Kalmthout attracted a lot of people. Our stand was moderately successful and raised about 200 euros. Not bad, of course, but it could be better ... Vzw SuperNils is looking for alternative activities, which might bring in a better budget. Got an idea? Share it with us at info@supernils.be.
5° The people at AZ Delta Roeselare are very keen to collaborate on our podcast. We are already thinking about possible topics of interest to patients and their relatives.
6° The VR project is ready for submission to Foundation Against Cancer. We are waiting for 1 more tender and then we will be all set. It promises to be a great project, possibly with its own SuperNils application and fun, interesting videos.
7° Us movement project has been submitted to Foundation Against Cancer. We are now waiting for approval and possible sponsorship. This project is already getting a lot of support from the hospitals, which are only too happy to cooperate in building the initiative.
8° There will also be a engineering box for younger patients. a collaboration with Fyxxi, Technieklab from Ghent. This project is still in its infancy, but very soon we will start working on it here too. Possible sponsorship has already been arranged.
9° The discussion groups For relatives of a family member with a haematological disease, there will be in 2024. We will work with two groups: people whose family member is ill and undergoing treatment and a second group of people who have lost a family member. We will do this together with specialists in the field, namely the people from Lost & Co in Lier.
10° We still have very many ideas and the hospitals are urging us to work on them. Nevertheless, we are putting on the brakes for a while, to give ourselves some rest and breath. Now first finish everything that has already been started. After that, we will move on!
