General meeting of members

Once per calendar year, Every March, the non-profit organisation SuperNils holds its general meeting.

Present at this meeting are the members of the Board of Directors and the members of the organisation. These are people who make an annual donation of at least 40 euros and indicate that they FREE membership wish to become members of SuperNils vzw. They will then receive a membership card for the current year with the password for full access to the information on the website. This card also gives them access to the general meeting, giving them a say in the organisation's affairs.voting right) gain insight into the operation and objectives of SuperNils.

During the meeting, attendees will be given insight into the organisation's activities over the past year, the projects that have been completed, current affairs and the annual accounts. They will also be given a preview of the new financial year, including new ideas, objectives, a balanced budget, upcoming projects, applications for new projects and new insights. Members will, of course, have the opportunity to ask additional questions. Finally, they will also grant discharge to the directors for their work during the past year.

Non-members are also welcome to attend this general meeting, but they do NOT have voting rights. 

The report of the general meeting of members will be made available to members afterwards via the website. 

Members also receive a monthly newsletter, so that they remain informed about everything that is happening within the organisation.
