These are individuals, companies, organisations and businesses that just want to give non-profit organisation SuperNils a helping hand.
If desired, they can also (free) effectively become a member of SuperNils (NOT for companies or organisations!).
This gives them a voice in the general membership meeting and helps them think about our operations and objectives.
Important to know!!!
Will If you receive a tax certificate, be sure to keep the information below in mind!
1° You can use the pay button on our website (see above) quickly and easily make a donation via the secure Mollie payment system. This donation will be transferred in full to the NPO. Of course, we do need some information from you to keep our records. You can provide this information via the system. You can read how we as an organisation handle your data in the privacy policy in the footer of the website.
2° Make your no use of our pay button, but if you make a deposit through your bank (monthly or one-off), note in the note "GIFT asbl SuperNils". If you donate more than 40 euros on an annual basis, you are entitled to a tax rebate of 45% today (is likely to be changed by the government to 30%). When making your payment (even on a standing order!), make sure you include the word "GIFT" certainly mentioned.
3° To benefit from a tax certificate, a donation may NOT be the result of a fundraiser. The donor receives no consideration for his or her gift of any kind.
4° Would you like to support the NPO through sponsorship, then we will provide an invoice for this for accounting purposes. In case of sponsorship, we will also make the sponsor's logo visible on our website.
Why not become an effective member of vzw SuperNils? After all, it is a real added value to the organisation. Our members are the foundation of the association, the backbone on which everything rests. These special members can help think about the operation, the objectives, the budget, the future. At the Annual General Meeting, they have a real say. They receive a monthly newsletter to keep abreast of operations, and via online polls they can help think about certain issues. Moreover, they get full access (with special password) to our website and can therefore consult all information.
Still can't make up your mind?
Of course, vzw SuperNils cannot oblige anyone to make a donation. Nor do we want to! Just know that every donation is extremely welcome and will always be put to good use within our operations.
There are several ways to make a donation. This will become apparent once you have pressed the payment button. You can make a donation of less or more than 40 euros, WITHOUT, however, wanting to become a free member. You then support our operation, but you do not have access to the general meeting. You will then also not receive newsletters and you will not have full access to the information on the website. You can also opt for a donation of 40 euros or more, indicating DO want to become a free member of vzw SuperNils. You will be invited to the general meeting, you will have full access to the website and you can help steer our activities. In other words, you help pull the strings. These people are very important to SuperNils. Naturally, we hope to attract as many new effective members welcome.
You will notice that we need some data from you (SORRY for that!). This is to complete our membership records and where possible (for annual deposits of 40 euros or more) to issue a tax certificate. For the latter we need your national number needed (the government requires this!). The certificate then appears immediately in your tax return proposal.
If you are planning to make a few smaller donations and thus also reach 40 euros or more on an annual basis, be sure to pass on the national number as well. After all, you will then also be entitled to the tax certificate!
Enterprises/companies can support vzw SuperNils. Companies who make a deposit via the payment button have no intention of expecting anything in return from vzw SuperNils (no advertising, inclusion in newsletter, no full access on the website, ...). They simply show their big, warm hearts and support our work and objectives with their donation. They DO receive a tax certificate, if the deposit is 40 euros or more. To complete this administration, we do need the company number of the company needed.
Companies who also want to work effectively with us and thus do more can take a look at our believers. there they get all the explanations about the possible sponsorship packages. For sponsorship, we will gladly provide an invoice for accounting purposes and make the sponsor's logo visible on the website.
Please note that SuperNils NPO includes your details in its files of donors and effective members, but that these details are only used to follow up the issuing of tax certificates, to inform you about our operation, activities, plans and results. The information will never be passed on to third parties without your prior consent. The stored data can be consulted at the non-profit association's secretariat so that you can check their accuracy and completeness. You can always have them corrected or removed from the files free of charge. More information about our privacy policy can be found in the footer of these website.
