"The HERO-Strategy-Lab"."
In radio programmes, you often hear that the presenter is assisted by a sidekick. This person reinforces the presenter, ensures dialogue and contradiction. Ultimately, this makes the programme much richer and better.
We intend to apply this principle within the operations of the non-profit organisation SuperNils from 2026 onwards. Together with students from the University of Antwerp, Master's programme in Professional Communication and Management, we will develop a Board of Sidekicks - “The HERO-Strategy-Lab” expand.
That must be a a group of entrepreneurs, as well as individuals and AYAs, who believe in the non-profit organisation SuperNils and are willing to lend their support to its operations, policy and vision, in order to make SuperNils even stronger. They promote SuperNils within their own networks by talking about it and raising awareness of its projects. They can also help explore ways of securing further funding and approach other entrepreneurs or businesses to strengthen the organisation financially, enabling us to support even more patients with a wider range of services.
The group can, among other things,. sponsorship packages develop packages that companies can sign up for and that also give them something extra. These packages are therefore a win-win for both the company and SuperNils. An initial version of these packages has already been included on this website (homepage).
During meetings of this “HERO-Strategy-Lab”, they can interact with each other networking, which can also provide added value for them (think of the principle of Open Coffees and BNIs). SuperNils can be a presentation explain the operation and ongoing projects, but there may also be a speaker are invited to take the meeting to a higher level.
The “HERO-Strategy-Lab” should be a strong organ become part of SuperNils, a group of people who can take the organisation to the next level and expand its activities even further.
