Because the members of the Board of Directors cannot meet continuously to monitor day-to-day matters, there is a need for an Executive Committee. From 2026 onwards, we will bring together four members of the Board of Directors in this smaller consultation platform. These people will be given a mandate from the entire Board of Directors. They will devise, write and follow up on projects, keep a constant eye on the financial picture and steer it in the right direction, take care of necessary purchases, establish contacts with potential sidekicks, hold meetings with partner hospitals, etc. They will always report back on their activities at the meetings of the Board of Directors. In the event of problems or purchases involving a higher amount (agreements on this were made in the quality manual), they will contact the entire Board of Directors by email or telephone.
The daily work will be divided among these four people in consultation, so that the quality of the work is higher and remains achievable for everyone.
