WHY???

Does an organisation such as SuperNils require the support of a law firm?

Many people will wonder about this. And I must admit, to be honest... I never thought this would be necessary either.

But it's true! SuperNils is growing and developing more and more. complex projects. Consider the VR application “The World of AYA” and our latest web application “Nilspire Me”. To maintain the high quality of such projects, we collaborate with professional partners, such as VENAR and Purple Panda. Both companies know what they are doing and also have a high level of social empathy. So we are in good hands. However, when developing such projects, data security quickly becomes an issue. Who can use the application, what can they do with it, is data exchanged, is it stored, how does that happen, etc.? These are all questions we need to ask in view of the complex but important GDPR regulations

That is why we need the help of specialists, people who understand the regulations and know what we need to do to keep everyone's data safe. Because what SuperNils does NOT want is for data leaks to occur! Patients must be able to use our applications without any fear or danger.

In fact, knowledge is spread across the legal profession. Not every solicitor knows everything about GDPR regulations. That is why we have joined forces with two firms that complement each other.

And yes... that costs money. From now on, those costs will be factored in immediately when setting up a project where GDPR is an issue. Our position is clear: it is better to develop one less tool, but to do so in complete security and in accordance with the correct rules and agreements.
