1\u00b0 VERY IMPORTANT<\/strong>: You already gave us the number of unique AYAs you receive per year in your hospital. That gives us the possible range<\/strong> of the projects we offer at the hospital. Super!\u00a0<\/p>

Foundation Against Cancer<\/strong> However, it also asks us about the effective use<\/strong> of the packages, more specifically of the VR package<\/strong>. That info is hugely important to them, to check whether the big investment they made in this VR project is paying off. If not, we could potentially lose support in the future. And that would be a shame. After all, SuperNils still has many ideas to support AYAs with cancer. But without a financial input, we won't succeed. That would mean the end of our operation. And we don't want that to happen!<\/p>

To that effective range<\/strong> To estimate, we asked upon delivery of the VR boxes<\/span> to the number<\/strong> by the patients signed documents<\/strong> (approval handling sensitive information) monthly<\/strong> to us deliver<\/strong>. So just 1 figure. Unfortunately, we have to note that only 1 hospital did this. Does that mean the boxes are not used? Are they just sitting in a cupboard somewhere? We hope this is not the case, but at the moment we cannot provide Foundation Against Cancer with any information. And that is very inconvenient.<\/p>

Therefore, once again this very important call. Please is it possible to monthly<\/strong> the number of documents<\/strong> email us? That way we can pass on an estimate to Foundation Against Cancer and hopefully not lose our project funds! If we receive nothing, should we assume that the VR boxes will not be used? Should we then look for other partner hospitals so that the investment of over 140 000 euros does pay off? Hopefully this is not the case, because we want you as a partner (and especially the AYAs)\u00a0do not lose<\/strong>! Thanks in advance for your understanding and fine cooperation in this matter.<\/p>

2\u00b0 Hospitals that have the\u00a0cooperation agreement\u00a0<\/b>and the\u00a0user agreement<\/b>\u00a0for the VR case have not yet returned signed, should please put this in order as soon as possible. Of course, adjustments can always be made so that the agreements are tailor-made for the partner hospital. 1\u00b0 TR\u00c8S IMPORTANT :<\/strong> Vous nous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 communiqu\u00e9 le nombre d'AYA uniques que vous recevez chaque ann\u00e9e dans votre h\u00f4pital. Cela nous donne la port\u00e9e potentielle des projets que nous proposons \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital. Super !<\/span><\/p>

Cependant, la Fondation contre le Cancer nous demande \u00e9galement d'avoir des informations sur l'utilisation effective des packs<\/strong>, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment du pack VR<\/strong>. Ces informations sont tr\u00e8s importantes pour eux afin de v\u00e9rifier si le gros investissement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans ce projet VR est r\u00e9ellement rentable. Si ce n'est pas le cas, nous risquons de perdre un soutien financier \u00e0 l'avenir. Et ce serait dommage. SuperNils a encore beaucoup d'id\u00e9es pour soutenir les AYA atteints de cancer, mais sans financement, cela ne sera pas possible. Cela pourrait mettre fin \u00e0 nos activit\u00e9s, et nous ne le voulons absolument pas !<\/span><\/p>

Pour pouvoir estimer cette effective portion<\/strong>, nous avons demand\u00e9, lors de la livraison des VR-boxes, de nous transmettre chaque mois le nombre de documents sign\u00e9s par les patients<\/strong> (autorisation de traitement des informations sensibles). Juste un chiffre. Malheureusement, nous constatons que seul un h\u00f4pital l'a fait<\/strong>. Cela signifie-t-il que les boxes ne sont pas utilis\u00e9es ? Sont-elles simplement rang\u00e9es quelque part dans un placard ? Nous esp\u00e9rons que non, mais pour l'instant, nous ne pouvons pas fournir d'informations \u00e0 la Fondation contre le Cancer. Et c'est tr\u00e8s probl\u00e9matique.<\/span><\/p>

C'est pourquoi nous lan\u00e7ons \u00e0 nouveau cet appel tr\u00e8s important<\/strong>. Serait-il possible de nous envoyer mensuellement le nombre de documents sign\u00e9s<\/strong> ? Ainsi, nous pourrons fournir une estimation \u00e0 la Fondation contre le Cancer et, esp\u00e9rons-le, ne pas perdre nos financements de projet !<\/span><\/p>

Si nous ne recevons rien, devons-nous supposer que les VR-boxes ne sont pas utilis\u00e9es ? Devons-nous alors chercher d'autres h\u00f4pitaux partenaires pour que l'investissement de plus de 140 000 euros<\/strong> soit rentabilis\u00e9 ? Nous esp\u00e9rons que ce ne sera pas le cas, because nous ne voulons pas vous perdre en tant que partenaire (et surtout pas les AYA !).<\/span><\/p>
