LukiArt vzw is a highly creative organisation that focuses on \u201cart tailored to sick children\u201d. They organise studios and workshops at their location in Sint-Martens-Latem, but also at the homes of sick children or in hospital. They developed a specific programme for us. art box<\/b> with all kinds of sustainable materials, which the children use to make a talisman<\/b> can create. That lucky charm should give them the strength to fight their illness. Their resident artist, Nils, provided the videos for the SuperNils Sketch Workshop<\/b>. He teaches patients to draw and sketch figures, enabling them to create their own works of art. Everyone experiences losing someone or losing their health at some point. Lost & Co vzw does not want to sweep such losses under the carpet; instead, they make stories about loss visible and discussable, inviting everyone to participate. After all, talking helps to cope with loss. Lost & Co vzw helps SuperNils to trainings<\/strong> to teachers who are confronted with cancer in the classroom. How do you discuss loss in a classroom? What should you say and what is better left unsaid? Teachers are given a package of information to help them develop their own school policy on grief and loss. Fyxxilab is the first innovative makerspace in Flanders. In Ghent and on location, children, young people and adults aged 5 to 99 get hands-on experience with all kinds of innovative STEAM tools. Together with SuperNils, they have created the \u201ctechnical cases<\/strong>\u201d developed, packed with fun, exciting and innovative STEAM material. Great for taking your mind off things during a long hospital stay, but also very educational. No more boredom, no more thinking about your misery, just get started with wonderful materials and enrich your knowledge at the same time. The cases are available in the paediatric oncology departments of three of our partner hospitals (UZ Gent, UZA and UZ Leuven).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to being our target group, they are also active partners in the development of our projects and interactive packages. For example, physiotherapists provided us with substantive, technical and practical support in the development of the playpen<\/b>, a suitcase full of materials that patients can use in their hospital rooms. The input from these hospital staff members is extremely important. It ensures that we offer the right materials and do not suggest incorrect movements in our accompanying information sheets and videos. The Belgian Haematology Association is a scientific association with over 500 members: internists, biologists, nurses, other scientists and patient organisations with a specific interest in the field of haematology. Among other things, they are involved in building the necessary relationships to represent Belgian Haematology with public or private, national or international companies and departments involved in clinical practice, education or research in Haematology. Vzw SuperNils is a member of the BHS patient committee. There, we work together with other patient organisations and receive a great deal of useful information<\/b> (including clinical studies) that we can share on our website. Lymfklierkanker Vereniging Vlaanderen vzw (abbreviated: LVV) is a patient organisation for and founded by (former) lymph node cancer patients. LVV is active throughout Flanders and focuses on young and old alike. LVV can therefore call on volunteers who have had the disease themselves or have experienced it first-hand. LVV has no staff and is therefore run entirely by volunteers who are wholeheartedly committed to helping all fellow sufferers.<\/p>

This organisation has been extremely important to SuperNils, because thanks to it, they have been able to additional financial support<\/b> expanded our operations from three to six hospitals. This added UZ Leuven, AZ Delta Roeselare and AZ Jessa Hasselt to our portfolio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When you are diagnosed with cancer, your world stands still for a moment. And then the questions come: what will my treatment be, what are my prospects? Will I survive? You place yourself confidently in the hands of your doctors because you know that a lot of medical progress has already been made. You can draw strength from that. Until you discover that cancer is more than just a medical file and you realise that you also need help in other ways. That's when you can turn to Casa Callenta. They are active in and for North Antwerp and organise weekly meetings with educational, informative and relaxing activities. During (family) weekends, they do this for young people with cancer.<\/p>

Together with the non-profit organisation SuperNils, Casa Callenta is committed to developing a web application for AYAs<\/strong> (Nilspire Me) with cancer. Sneeuwsport Vlaanderen is the only recognised ski and snowboard federation in Flanders. Recognised and subsidised by Sport Vlaanderen, they focus on competition, recreation and training.<\/p>

Sneeuwsport Vlaanderen is the point of contact for Flemish winter sports enthusiasts, the reference for anyone who wants information and\/or wishes to call on their expertise.<\/p>

Sneeuwsport Vlaanderen also wants to support young patients with cancer. We are extremely proud to have Ghent University as a partner in our work. It contributes to our second objective, namely to supporting scientific research into leukaemia<\/strong>. To this end, the non-profit organisation SuperNils has set up a research funding fund at Ghent University.<\/p>

Through this fund, people can donate money to support scientific research into leukaemia, important research into immunotherapy and, finally, research into the impact of informing patients, their loved ones and healthcare providers about leukaemia and immunotherapy.<\/p>

Children with terminal illnesses. Cancer patients whose treatment is not working or whose cancer keeps coming back. People with rare diseases, who are hoping not only for a correct diagnosis, but also for effective treatment.<\/p>

The UZA Foundation supports researchers who can make a difference in this area by developing new treatments or improving existing ones.<\/p>

SuperNils vzw has set up a \u201cSuperNils fund\u201d with the UZA Foundation to support the research into leukaemia<\/strong> to support and refine.<\/p>

The LEA programme guides cancer patients, their informal carers and healthcare professionals in the search for balance around the disease.<\/p>

They listen to associations that offer help to cancer patients, doctors, nurses and psychologists. These people made it clear how important it is to improve psychological support for patients and their carers.<\/p>

Servier has worked hard to achieve this. The pharmaceutical company developed the LEA programme, which included the creation of a podcast.<\/p>

The AYA programme of Kom op tegen Kanker (Fight Against Cancer) is a valued partner of the non-profit organisation SuperNils.<\/p>

After all, it gives us the opportunity to iassess ideas for new projects in advance<\/strong> and in this way to use the money correctly.<\/p>


In addition, the operation takes certain projects on holiday trips<\/strong> (or present them during the meetings), so that they become better known to the AYAs.<\/p>

An association for people suffering from multiple myeloma (Kahler's disease) and Waldenstr\u00f6m's disease.<\/p>


These diseases are two forms of bone marrow cancer. They are, of course, also there for their family and friends.<\/p>


Multiple Meloom is a disease that is not very common, but it still affects around 500 to 600 new patients per year in Belgium.<\/p>

CMP Flanders has a non-profit organisation SuperNils<\/strong> invited to come discuss the operation and packages during their annual symposium in 2026<\/strong>. Venar has for SuperNils non-profit organisation the VR application \u201cThe World of AYA\u201d<\/b> developed. The project was officially launched in September 2025 and has been made available in our partner hospitals since then.<\/p>

Each hospital received a box containing VR glasses (with the application installed) and the necessary accessories. Each box costs approximately 700 euros. These budgets were sponsored by, among others, the Foundation Against Cancer and De Warmste Week.<\/p>

Purple Panda is a company based in Antwerp, consisting of a group of enthusiastic young people who express their creativity by developing various applications for businesses. Judging by their list of clients, they are not afraid to think big!<\/p>

In 2025-2026, Purple Panda vzw will be able to add SuperNils to its list of clients. They will be providing us with web application \u201cNilspire Me\u201d<\/b> developing an app for and by AYAs with cancer.<\/p>

The application aims to make life easier and more enjoyable for AYAs, despite their personal circumstances. They will be able to keep track of their data in a personal diary, and there will be a chat function, a page with information about activities, an AI buddy to combat loneliness, a friends book to preserve fond memories, and much more.<\/p>

The young team understands perfectly what we want to achieve and they process it at a rapid pace.\u00a0<\/p>
