Levensloop Schoten approaches ...
During the weekend of Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September 2024, it's that time again.
Together with many other teams and volunteers, we will move for 24 hours for the good cause of supporting Foundation Against Cancer. The money raised will be used for scientific research, but also to support organisations such as non-profit organisation SuperNils. Currently, we have already received more than 9,000 euros from Foundation Against Cancer, for the elaboration of our VR information package. This is our second lifetime grant we have secured with the submitted project "Avatar SuperNils knows it all".
Friends of SuperNils, so we must give something back!

But you get a lot in return: beautiful walks in Schoten park (around the Castle), great music, fun children's activities with fine prizes, snacks and drinks. There will even be an autographed jersey of our ambassador and paralympian Peter Genyn up for auction. Peter will not be there himself as ... he is in Paris to win a gold medal. We keep our fingers crossed for our hero!
SuperNils still needs participants. So sign up soon. And if you really can't come along, please deposit a small sum to benefit the Foundation Against Cancer. You can also buy a candle bag (5 euros). Have a message written on it for one of your loved ones. The sachets will be distributed in the park during the candle ceremony, lighting up the entire trail.
